Since 15 March 2021, Aarhus Residentials Denmark AB has owned the blocks E and F of the GASA-site residential development located in Tilst, a city district of Aarhus Municipality located approx. 7km from Aarhus city center. The property consist of 110 newbuild residential apartments comprising a total GLA of 10,948 sq.m.. The apartments are spread across two blocks featuring elevator access and 106 parking spots. Apartments are available in twelve floorplan variations designed to appeal to a broad range of tenants, and range in size from 63 to 131 sq.m. with an average size of 100 sq.m.

The company’s CEO is Niklas Kejlskov.
