UX Designer

Pareto Securities delivers a complete trading platform for professional investors. A comprehensive and advanced trading platform for investors looking for a one-stop shop for their financial investments. We are looking for a talented UX Designer to enhance our platform and provide an outstanding user experience.

This newly established role will lead the work to enhance the experience on our trading platform. You will work closely with our developers, brokers, business resources, and users to deliver great user design and shape the future of our platform.

• Deliver UX designs ensuring user experience improvements to a complex web solution for trading financial platform
• Satisfy diverse user groups within the same web and app solution
• Collaborate with product owners to uncover functional requirements and translate them into usable designs
• Lead the design process in the development of our new app
• Provide support through design tasks across the organisation
• Contribute to front-end web programming

• Proven experience developing and delivering user experiences in all applicable channels
• A bachelor' degree in graphic design or interaction design will be an advantage
• Experience in front-end development is advantageous
• Financial or similar industry experience or interest is positive
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written
