As a member of our esteemed Investment Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in executing transactions in DCM, M&A and ECM and providing financial solutions to our clients. • Conducting financial analysis, such as financial modelling, valuation, and comparable company analysis;
• Preparing presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and pitches;
• Assisting in the execution of transactions, documentation, and deal-closing activities;
• Conducting industry and company research to support client engagements and business development efforts; and
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.

The job requires individuals with strong commercial skills, a keen interest in financial markets, and a high ethical standard. Applicants must possess excellent work capacity and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Proficiency in both written and oral communication in German and English is mandatory.
