Internship – Credit Research

Pareto Securities is looking to expand its global credit research team, which currently consists of 15 analysts that cover +200 bond issuers across international markets and serve as integral speaking partners for institutional credit investors.

As an intern on our Credit Research team, you will have various responsibilities, assisting in the coverage of some of the most prominent companies in the Nordic high-yield market. You will work closely with senior credit research analysts, gaining hands-on experience analysing corporate credit cases, market trends, and risk factors. Furthermore, you will be offered a unique and fast-paced opportunity to experience how an investment bank functions while contributing to high-quality research.

The internship is a full-time position starting in April and lasts 8–12 weeks. There is a possibility of transitioning into a full-time position.

• Assist in the production of research reports in connection with new bond issues and regular case updates on existing issuers
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and financial models
• Monitor market developments, news, and data to provide timely insights
• Ad-hoc tasks to support research operations
• Actively reflect and provide suggestions on how to improve our way of working and communication with investors

We are looking for students who have completed 3 or 4 years of higher education. You have strong academic achievements, analytical skills, strong social and commercial abilities, an interest in financial markets, and high ethical standards. Good written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English are essential.
