Lars joined Pareto in 2004 and built up Pareto Offshore to become one of the leading companies related to sale & purchase of offshore drilling rigs both on the 2nd hand side and with regards to newbuilds.
He has previous experience from Norwegian Offshore Consultants from 1997 until joining Pareto. Bachelor in Finance with specialization in Marketing from Norwegian School of Marketing.

Theis Hauerberg - Senior Partner
20 years of offshore rig experience
In 2007 Theis joined Pareto Offshore as a Rig Broker. His previous experience stems from A.P. Møller – Maersk (10 yrs) and Maersk Broker (7 yrs). Maersk International Shipping Education (M.I.S.E.) 1992.

Petter Hodt Bjerke - Senior Partner
17 years of offshore rig experience
Petter joined Pareto Offshore in 2017. He came from the position as Managing Director of Clarksons Platou Offshore from 2014 to 2017. Before that, Petter headed up the rig department of RS Platou. His previous experience also includes Fearnleys and DNV. Holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Peter Bassoe - Partner
7 years of offshore rig experience
Peter joined Pareto Offshore in 2020. Prior to joining Pareto Offshore, he worked 5 years as a rig broker at Bassoe Offshore in Oslo and Houston. Before this Peter was a consultant specializing in safety and work environments in the offshore drilling and shipping industry. Holds an MSc in Organizational & Social Psychology from London School of Economics (LSE) and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
